Split Event

NOTE: When the Vendor’s products or enhancements are purchased by Club Demonstration Services, the retail cost of the product, along with applicable taxes, will be in addition to the above event charges.

** This is a standard charge for supplies purchased by CDS in order to perform the event
All events performed will be billed through the CDS billing office in San Diego, California. Invoices provide a recap of the event performed, including the date, warehouse, units of product sold on the day of the event, door count, weather, labor charge, tax & product expenses.
Events performed at Costco Wholesale locations 304 (Brookfield, CT), 312 (Milford, CT), 313 (Waterbury, CT), 324 (Lower Norwalk, CT), 780 (Enfield, CT), 116, 667, 1016 (Albuquerque, NM), 119 (Maui, HI), 120 (Hawaii Kai, HI), 140 (Kona, HI), 485 (Waipio, HI), 640 (Kauai, HI), 687 (Iwilei, HI),1039 (Kapolei, HI), and 107 (Juneau, AK) will be charged a tax in accordance with State law.
