Don Dohanyos, President
Don Dohanyos is president of Club Demonstration Services (CDS), a subsidiary of Daymon Interactions and the preferred in-house marketing provider for Costco for nearly 30 years.
Don joined the company in 1989, a year after CDS was founded. He rose through the leadership ranks beginning as the company’s first controller, implementing fiscal policies and procedures that brought stability and order to the fast-growing company.
He then transitioned from finance to operations, demonstrating his impact on the company’s growth both nationally and internationally. Under Don’s leadership, CDS secured business with Costco across the United States, Mexico, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Spain, France, and Canada.
He created programs that provided consistency in the quality and standards at CDS and across all Daymon Interactions events, lending its efficiencies and impactful results to its retail partners.
Don received two PDS Outstanding Achievement Awards (in honor of the company’s co-founder, Peter D. Schwartz) for his financial contribution as well as his impact on Daymon Interactions’ international expansion.
He believes that the strength of any organization is its people, and he is proud of the dedication and results his team achieves around the world.
Joining CDS in 2016, Mark Egan leads the sales and operations functions in the United States. His primary areas of focus are on driving service consistency, quality engagement and incremental sales for Costco and the vendor community. Mark is applying his previous experience in executive leadership positions on both the manufacturer and agency sides to CDS. He has worked across all channels of trade in the areas of sales, merchandising, shopper marketing, demonstration and business development.
Prior to joining CDS, Mark was S.V.P. of Client Services for Advantage Sales & Marketing, where his team was responsible for $2.5 billion in product sales and retail merchandising responsibilities for several of the largest consumer manufacturing companies in the U.S. During his time at Advantage, Mark was twice recognized with the company’s CEO Associate Engagement Award.
Before that, Mark held leadership positions with Georgia-Pacific Corp. and News Corp’s Fox Home Entertainment. At Georgia-Pacific, he served as V.P. Sales and Customer Relations for the $1.5 billion grocery channel. He also led the Business Development department at GP. At Fox, Mark was S.V.P. Sales, responsible for nearly $2 billion in revenue with major retailers such as Costco, Walmart, Target and Amazon. Mark’s team was awarded Walmart and Target Supplier of the Year recognition and also included as a member of the Walmart Billion Dollar Club.

Steve Graham, Vice President of Operations
Steve leads the operations for the demonstration program for Costco in the United States.
He joined Daymon Worldwide, the parent company of Club Demonstration Services (CDS), in 2005. Since then, Steve has been responsible for leading the operations field teams of nearly 500 warehouses.
Prior to joining CDS, Steve was the Area Manager for Ferrellgas, a national propane company, where he was responsible for multiple site locations in Texas.

Kathleen Owen, Vice President of Sales
Kathleen Owen is the vice president of sales for Club Demonstration Services (CDS) and oversees all functions related to event scheduling for food products, non- food products, and special projects.
Kathleen joined CDS, then known as Warehouse Demos Services (WDS), in 2003 with management experience in the retail/food service industry. She began her tenure as a WDS demo supervisor and was quickly promoted to regional operations manager and then to senior regional operations manager in the Northwest United States before moving over to sales.
Kathleen and her team take great pride in collaborating with Costco and vendors to create events that influence purchase decisions and drive sales.
Denise Garcia is Director of Customer Relations at CDS. As a key contributor to the organization, Denise drives strategic growth by offering customized event marketing solutions for Costco and its brand partners.
She joined CDS, in May 2004 as Scheduling Coordinator for the San Diego Region Sales and Scheduling Department. In pursuit of expanding her knowledge, Denise included the Mexico Region in her role as Scheduling Coordinator in 2006. She was promoted to Sales Manager for the Mexico region in 2008 before becoming the Senior Sales Manager in charge of the in-store event program for Costco in San Diego and Mexico regions.
Denise received the Innovative Thinker of the Year award for her contributions on creating and implementing a new demo platform in 2011. In 2016, Denise was selected for Progressive Grocer’s 100 Top Women in Grocery.
